BAYONNE, N.J., Jan. 28, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BCB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), (NASDAQ: BCBP), the holding company for BCB Community Bank (the “Bank”), today reported net income of $3.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared to $6.7 million in the third quarter of 2024, and $6.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2023. Earnings per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2024 were $0.16, compared to $0.36 in the preceding quarter and $0.35 in the fourth quarter of 2023. Net income and earnings per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2024, without giving effect to the Company’s unrealized losses on equity investments and the loss on sale of non-performing loans, were $4.1 million and $0.24, respectively. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share.
