The company reported earnings of 90 cents per share in the year-ago quarter. Total revenues, on a reported basis, declined 4.4% year over year to $2.17 billion and missed the consensus mark by 0.91%. In the reported quarter, Sirius XM completed its transaction with Liberty Media and emerged as a fully independent public company. The company is set to reintroduce its business to reverse recent subscriber declines and enhance free cash flow generation. SiriusXM has set long-term targets of 50 million subscribers and $1.8 billion in free cash flow. Subscriber revenues (75.77% of total revenues) declined 4.86% from the year-ago quarter to $1.64 billion, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 0.14%.
