NEW YORK April 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate Insight (CI), the leading provider of competitive intelligence and customer experience research to the financial services industry, today announced the release of its 2025 Credit Card Experience Benchmark reports for web and mobile. These comprehensive analyses evaluate and rank the digital platforms of 14 leading credit card issuers across seven key categories, 57 subcategories and over 240 attributes. "Our 2025 Benchmarks shows the industry made notable progress in digital capabilities over the past 12 months, with nearly all card issuers improving their score year-over-year," says Julianna Sansevero , Research Manager at CI. "The average score increased from 66 to 68 for desktop platforms and from 60 to 62 for mobile, reflecting these institutions' continued investment in their digital platforms."
