NEW DELHI, Dec. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Azure Power Global Limited ("Azure Power" or the "Company") (NYSE: AZRE), a leading solar power producer in India, announced that it held a special meeting of shareholders on December 6, 2019.
