Following a weak start to FY2025, improved execution and strong contributions from recently acquired businesses like Pasolink and 4RF resulted in vastly improved quarterly results. Improved profitability and a strong focus on working capital management resulted in cash flow from operations increasing to new multi-year highs. After a slew of earnings warnings in recent quarters, management abstained from raising FY2025 guidance, which could result in further outperformance for the remainder of FY2025. Based on my increased FY2026 estimates, AVNW stock could double over the next twelve months. Consequently, I am upgrading the shares to “Strong Buy” with a price target of $46.
