Army for loitering munitions. The Government Accountability Office is reviewing the protest. "The U.S. Army has issued a stop work order on the contract and the delivery order issued thereunder while the protest is being considered by the GAO," according to a regulatory filing by AeroVironment ( AVAV ). "This stop work order does not impact any of the company's other contracts or commitments, including those related to its loitering munitions systems." The company estimated that the government watchdog won't issue a decision on the protest any later than Dec. 16.
