CAMBRIDGE, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ATS Corporation (TSX and NYSE: ATS) (“ATS” or the “Company”) today reported its financial results for the three and twelve months ended March 31, 2024. All references to "$" or "dollars" in this news release are to Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.Fourth quarter highlights:Revenues increased 8.3% year over year to $791.5 million.Net Income was $48.5 million compared to $29.6 million a year ago.Basic earnings per share were 49 cents, compared to 32 cents a year ago.Adjusted EBITDA1 was $115.8 million, 2.0% lower compared to $118.2 million a year ago.Adjusted basic earnings per share1 were 65 cents compared to 73 cents a year ago.Order Bookings1 were $791 million, 7.3% higher compared to $737 million a year ago.Order Backlog1 was $1,793 million at the end of the quarter."Today ATS reported record fourth quarter revenues and strong Order Bookings," said Andrew Hider, Chief Executive Officer.
