SUMMIT, N.J., March 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aterian, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATER) (“Aterian” or the “Company”), a technology-enabled consumer products company, announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $3.0 million of the Company’s common stock for a period of two years ending March 18, 2027. “The Board’s decision reflects our collective confidence in the Company’s future, the strength and flexibility of our financial profile, and our commitment to shareholders.
