TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AtlasClear Holdings, Inc. (“AtlasClear Holdings”) (NYSEAM: ATCH) announced that it has filed with the SEC a notification of late filing for its transition report for the transition period ended June 30, 2024, which will be the first periodic report since the change of its fiscal year end to June 30, and will include financials as of the end of that period.“We are eager to file our transition report and disclose our end of year numbers to the public.
