TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AtlasClear Holdings, Inc. (“AtlasClear Holdings” or “AtlasClear”) (NYSE American: ATCH) announced that their financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024, have been released.“I am pleased to report that our subsidiary, Wilson-Davis, delivered solid first quarter results highlighted, on a proforma basis (reflecting Wilson-Davis’ results on a stand-alone basis), by a 27.9% increase in commissions and clearing revenue.
