The move coincides with Primark's 50th anniversary on the British high street, after opening its first store in Derby in September 1974. The upcoming rollout will commence in autumn 2024, with new locations including Derby and in Birmingham, which has the world's largest Primark. The expansion follows the announcement made in April 2024 that Click & Collect would be introduced across stores in England, Scotland and Wales by the end of 2025. Primark has also broadened the Click & Collect range to encompass menswear and homeware, in addition to the existing women's and kidswear collections. The new ranges are already available in the 57 stores that currently offer the Click & Collect service.
