(NASDAQ: ARQ) (“Arq” or the “Company”), a producer of activated carbon and other environmentally efficient carbon products for use in purification and sustainable materials, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share (“common stock”), for sale in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by Arq. Arq expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of its common stock in the underwritten public offering.
