The company is currently constructing a green hydrogen facility on the Pontoon Bridge Road and will be purchasing $300,000 of water a year from the village for its operation. As part of the agreement, the village requires feasibility studies and improvements to its existing water infrastructure in order to supply water to the facility, as well as address the village's future water needs. Mayor Gregory M. Paquin said two phases of the project were addressed in the agreement. Phase one includes planning for the construction of a water line from the water treatment plant to the Pontoon Bridge Road facility. The village will contract with Labella Associates to perform early phase engineering work and feasibility studies, and Air Products will contract with C&S Companies to perform construction work. The village will make payments to Labella Associates from the escrowed funds addressed in the agreement. "That is actually going to be fully paid by Air Products," he said. The villag
