Rodgers, who joined APA in 2018, will oversee all financial activities and departments such as accounting, audit, investor relations, planning, tax and treasury, APA said in an April 14 press release. He currently serves on the board of directors of Khalda Petroleum Co., a joint venture between APA subsidiary Apache Corp. and Egypt Petroleum Co. Previously, Rogers served as senior vice president of finance and treasurer and acted as CFO of Altus Midstream . Rodgers also held a seat on Kinetik Holdings ' board of directors. APA said it will also add two executives to help oversee operations. Shad Frazier is joining the company as senior vice president of U.S. onshore operations, effective immediately. Frazier holds nearly 30 years of industry experience, most recently serving as vice president of production operations at Endeavor Resources .
