(NYSE: AMTB) (“Amerant” or the “Company”) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Amerant Bank, N.A (the “Bank”), completed the sale of its banking operations and six branches in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area to MidFirst Bank, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
