(NYSE: AMPS) (“Altus Power”) today announced that it has scheduled a special meeting of its stockholders to consider and vote on the adoption of Altus Power’s agreement to be acquired by TPG through its TPG Rise Climate Transition Infrastructure strategy. The special meeting will be held virtually via live webcast on April 9, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. EDT. Stockholders of record of Altus Power as of the close of business on March 11, 2025, the record date for the special meeting, will be entitled to notice of and vote at the special meeting.Altus Power today filed a definitive proxy statement with the SEC, which will be sent to stockholders.
