AdaptHealth To Acquire Patient Care Solutions For Consolidation Play Summary AdaptHealth said it will acquire the Patient Care Solutions [PCS] unit of McKesson for $30 million in total investment. PCS sells a variety of home patient care medical supplies in the United States. AHCO is executing on a consolidation strategy to produce operational efficiencies, but the 2021 reimbursement round is a looming question mark.
