Summary Shares of Atos shed about 19% following the recent market sell-off as investors fear the COVID-19 outbreak will limit economic activity and reduce IT spending. Atos' guidance for FY20 suggests growth normalization, albeit at weaker levels before accelerating in 2021 and beyond. Cybersecurity and favorable product shift will be a major growth driver heading into 2020-21. The company is also making gradual progress at integration of Syntel acquisition, boosting its operating margins and free cash flow generation. Once the market comes down we expect to see multiples reverting to its pre-COVID levels, hinting to an attractive upside to the current valuation levels.
