COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 31, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE )--Jumpmind, Inc., a leading provider of innovative retail technology solutions, today announced it has appointed Lauren Cevallos to lead product strategy and customer success initiatives. A former commerce technology analyst at Forrester, Cevallos will lead Jumpmind's efforts to align product strategy and innovation with customer requirements, strengthen customer relationships and anticipate market trends. At Forrester, Cevallos researched POS software, associate empowerment and consumer expectations for the in-store experience.
