FRISCO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Addus HomeCare Corporation (Nasdaq: ADUS) (“Addus” or the “Company”), a provider of home care services, today announced that it has commenced a proposed public offering of 1,500,000 shares of its common stock. Addus expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of its common stock in an amount of up to 225,000 shares of its common stock.BofA Securities and Jefferies are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed or as to the final size or terms of the offering.
