VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alpha Cognition Inc. (Nasdaq: ACOG) (CSE: ACOG) (“Alpha Cognition”, or the “Company”), a biopharmaceutical company committed to developing novel therapies for debilitating neurodegenerative disorders, today announced the pricing of its upsized public offering of 8,695,653 common shares at a public offering price of $5.75 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $50 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and estimated offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,184,592 common shares to cover over-allotments at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. All of the common shares are being offered by the Company.
