FRANKLIN, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHC) (the “Company” or “Acadia”) announced today the pricing of its private offering (the “Offering”) of $550 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior notes due 2033 (the “Notes”), which represents an increase of $50 million in aggregate principal amount from its previous announcement. The Offering is expected to close on March 10, 2025. The closing of the Offering is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing and market conditions.The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Offering to prepay the outstanding borrowings under its existing senior secured revolving line of credit.The Notes will bear interest at the rate of 7.375% per year. Interest on the Notes will be payable semi-annually in arrears on March 15 and September 15 of each year, commencing on September 15, 2025. The Notes will mature on March 15, 2033.
