Acer has a $27 million market cap with more than $20 million cash and remaining pipeline (apart from EDSIVO) that has value higher than Acer's market cap. The market is attributing near-zero value to Acer being able to successfully appeal or find a reasonable path forward with the FDA for EDSIVO. The chances of successfully appealing the CRL or at least finding a reasonable path forward for EDSIVO is much higher than the near-zero
