Investing Group Leader Follow Summary Applied Optoelectronics reported mixed Q2/2024 results, with revenue in line but gross margins below expectations, and continued negative free cash flow. The company continued to sell newly issued shares into the open market, thus resulting in substantial dilution for common equity holders. Following substantial delays, revenues under two supply agreements with key customer Microsoft are expected to ramp in the second half of the year.
