Ltd ("Amran/Narayan Group") in two simultaneous sale transactions to Standex International Corporation (NYSE: SXI).With manufacturing locations in the United States and India and customers in more than 60 countries, Amran/Narayan Group is a leading manufacturer and distributor of low-voltage and medium-voltage instrument transformers and other products focused on the electrical grid, smart grid technology, data centers, and renewable energy systems.
