Most Read from Bloomberg The telecommunications firm is marketing 10-year debt that may yield 0.95 percentage point above Treasuries, according to a person with knowledge of the deal. Initial discussions called for a yield as much as 1.25 percentage point over the benchmark, added the person, who asked not to be identified as the details are private. Proceeds will be used partly to help finance Verizon's redemption next month of 2.625% 2026 notes, a plan the company unveiled Monday. The firm is one of 16 investment-grade borrowers in the US market Monday — the most in three weeks — as firms take advantage of a rally for risk assets. Others include Verizon rival T-Mobile US Inc., which is marketing a three-part deal.
