BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GE (NYSE:GE) announced today the completion of the sale of its BioPharma business to Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) (“Danaher”) for approximately $20 billion of net proceeds.GE Chairman and CEO H.
