the Company has entered into an agreement with American Salars Lithium Inc. ("American Salars") (CSE:USLI) to sell its 100% interest in the Pocitos 1 Lithium Brine Project ("Pocitos 1") in Salta, Argentina. The terms of the transaction are outlined below ("the Transaction").
