CAMP HILL, Pa., April 06, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Harsco Corporation (NYSE: HSC) announced today the completion of its previously announced acquisition of the Environmental Solutions business (ESOL) from Stericycle, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRCL). This acquisition marks a significant step forward in Harsco’s ongoing transformation into a global, single-thesis environmental solutions platform, with significant financial benefits.
