company, and Blaize, Inc., a provider of purpose-built, artificial intelligence ("AI")-enabled edge computing solutions, today announced its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") of a registration statement on Form S-4 (the "Registration Statement"). The Registration Statement contains a preliminary proxy statement/prospectus in connection with the proposed business combination between Blaize and BurTech. While the Registration Statement has not yet become effective and the information contained therein is subject to change, it provides important information about Blaize, BurTech, and the proposed business combination.
